- Maintpartner AB – Region Manager Hub East
- June 2007 – February 2012
- Managed an organization about 110 million sec annually and comprising about 60 people who operated a number of operations and maintenance assignments. 2 years in a row designated the most profitable region within Maintpartner. The region grew in 3 years from 6 to 60 people, organically and during that time developed several innovative concepts.
- Fortum Service – Group / Unit manager – external assignments
- October 2004 – June 2007
- Led an organization of partly mobile resources for the heating plants partly a number of missions outside the Fortum sphere. The unit comprised about 40 people and had sales of about 50 mils. Created several new concepts and grew their business by about 30%.
- Pumpex Sverige – CEO / Sales Manager

- CEO of Pumpex Sweden, a sales and service company for pumps for waste and sewage water. Renewed market for ”gray” water pumps through a combined, sales, rental and service concept.
